This short document lays out the essence of the plan that was shared in the May 2022 community consultations as well as the vision and objectives that were originally developed from the September 2021 consultations.  The building blocks for the plan come from these. 

All of this received strong support from residents at the May 2022 consultation and is the basis for the draft plan that will be submitted for the first steps of approval in Aug/Sept 2022.
