Wheelchair Access	Dial a Ride minibuses are specially adapted with handrails and low steps to help passengers. Each vehicle is equipped with a lift or ramp to assist wheelchair and walking frame users.

It is also a pick up and set-down point for Dial-a-Ride. They can meet you at the bus and rail station with the scooter and have accessible toilet facilities.

Concessionary Fares

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council offer a National Bus Pass to residents aged over 60 years or residents who meet disability criteria in line with the Concessionary Bus Travel Act 2007.
