Agendas & MinutesThe parish council meets on the second Wednesday of each month (no meeting in August) at 7.30pm, at Ecchinswell Village Hall.The public are welcome to attend all meetings and are invited to participate in the annual Parish Assembly, which takes place in May. On the day of the Parish Assembly, the AGM will take place at 7.00pm, with the Assembly starting at 7.30pm. Following the Assembly all present are invited to take light refreshments with the Parish Councillors. Agendas are posted on all five parish notice boards (located at Bishops Green Community Centre, Eagle Road, Ecchinswell Pond, Ecchinswell Village Hall and outside the Royal Oak, Ecchinswell) at least 3 working days prior to each meeting, as well as below. Minutes are posted below after they have been agreed as a true record and signed by the Chairman at the following meeting, for example September’s minutes will be signed at October’s meeting and will be posted below mid October.
